Michael was unable to work for many years. He reached out to www.ood.ohio.gov and Step By Step for vocational rehabilitation services. He participated in a community work experience to try returning to work. Michael performed custodial duties at FitWorks. His outstanding work performance resulted in Michael being offered employment. 1 year later, he remains happily employed. He stated " my favorite part about working at FitWorks is the friendly staff and nice members...feels like a 2nd home to me!".
The club manager stated he "hired Michael because he proved to be a fantastic part of the team and even though we didn't have any positions available, I created one for him"
